Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a 5% penalty fee for each month overdue. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a 14-day notice. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid services are available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the service date. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the service.

Liability

Gardening Pimlico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We ensure that all work is performed to industry standards, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable outcomes.

Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against potential damages during service provision. Clients are encouraged to discuss any specific concerns with our team.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials provided by Gardening Pimlico remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Usage Rights

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the provided materials for personal use only. Commercial use requires explicit permission from Gardening Pimlico.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.

Changes to Terms
